Dr. Mearig received her Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University at Buffalo. After practicing in a community care setting as a pharmacist, she earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University at Buffalo. She has worked in a variety of practice settings including clinical assistant professor, community-based educator, clinical pharmacist, and educational program developer. She enjoys writing material for patient and professional enrichment across a range of health topics including pharmacy practice, lifestyle disease, and harm reduction.
